International Women’s Day

International Women’s Day takes place on 8th March.

On International Women’s Day 2022, we are celebrating and recognising all the women who work at CSI.

We are proud of the incredible team we’ve built who truly embrace our core values to ‘deliver exceptionally’, ‘think client’ and ‘excel together’!

Here’s a selection of our fabulous female colleagues, and a summary of their roles in the company.

Donna Hall, Change Manager

I lead IT Change Management within Service Delivery with the support and encouragement of the Leadership Team. My role is to develop and expand the Change Management function in-line with CSI’s core values to ‘deliver exceptionally’, ‘think client’ and ‘excel together’.

Grace Matthews, HR Advisor

I am responsible for supporting the delivery of the HR strategy and providing advice, guidance and support to the management team and the employees at CSI, ensuring our people deliver exceptionally and excel together!

Cassandra Mills, Payroll Assistant

My contribution is making sure that everyone in CSI and Tectrade get their rightful pay at the end of each month and answer any queries regarding their contractual pay. With that in mind, it motivates our employees to know that CSI has their back in any way possible and value their contributions.

Val Tyler, Solutions Architect

As part of the presales team my role involves taking a methodical approach to a client’s business and technical needs to provide an optimal solution to address their complex issues and challenges. #exceltogether

Nicola Chandler, Senior Leader – Accounts Payable

I’ve worked at CSI for just over 4 years and ensure the smooth running of the department and enjoy every aspect of my role. Our values are working closely together to provide a high standard of service throughout the business.

Saroj Lal, Credit Controller

At home I’m a mum of 2 children, and at work I’m a credit controller in the finance department. I’ve been with CSI for 5 years and enjoy my interesting and challenging role. I’m a very honest, hardworking, and committed individual – and these are values I hold close to my heart and bring to CSI every day!

Lelah Stevenson, Head of Marketing

I oversee all marketing activities from PR and brand awareness, to demand generation and events. I have the pleasure of maintaining our online presence through the website and social channels, and constantly rely on our subject matter experts to support campaigns with their industry knowledge – a true example of how we excel together!

Jas Deu, Client Manager

I look after a number of clients and support them to achieve their IT roadmap while seeking new opportunities to add value. I co-ordinate internally when preparing complex proposals and ensure that the team are cohesively working towards the same outcome. #thinkclient

Clare Richards, Finance Manager

I manage the finance function, and support in the production of management accounts and cashflow forecasting to enable the business in making financial decisions.
