Michele joined CSI in May 1993 and therefore is the longest-serving employee at the company. During her tenure, Michele has seen a lot of change with management buy-outs, acquisitions, and changes in principal investors – but enjoys the challenge and admits she’s not ready to get off the bus just yet!

Through her time at CSI, Michele has been in and around finance – previously embarking on a Managed Service Analyst role, becoming Head of Finance in 2023.
