Mark is a highly experienced IBM i technical professional with a wealth of knowledge. Mark has worked with the largest multi-national clients, as well as smaller IBM Power, i5, iSeries and AS/400 sites helping businesses optimise their IBM Power solutions.
Mark started working on AS/400 when it was announced in 1988, having previously worked for IBM. While at IBM, Mark provided AS/400 and iSeries pre and post-sales support to the largest UK accounts, as well as mentoring new and existing IBM employees who were new to the technical support role.
