CSI Change Freeze Notification
As we approach the Christmas and New Year season, CSI will be operating a Change Freeze across our hosted and managed infrastructure.
We put this in place as a control for managing risk and keeping your business systems stable and available during this critical time.
The change freeze will commence as of 17:00 GMT on Wednesday 20th December 2023.
Normal change service will resume from 09:00 GMT on Wednesday 3rd January 2024.
CSI will continue to provide 24×7 support to our customers as per agreed SLAs.
The CSI Service Desk and support services will be operational throughout the holiday period and contactable via all usual methods (phone and email).
