Change Freeze
Effective 13th Dec 2021 to 6th Jan 2022
As we approach the Christmas and New Year season, and in line with the rest of the IT industry, CSI will be operating a ‘Change Freeze’ across our hosted and managed infrastructure.
We put this in place as a control for managing risk and keeping your business systems stable and available during this critical time.
The change freeze will commence as of 17:00 (GMT) on Monday 13th December 2021.
Normal change service will resume again from 09:00 (GMT) on Thursday 6th January 2022.
CSI will continue to provide 24×7 support to our customers as per agreed SLA’s.
The Service Desk and support services will be operational throughout the holiday period and contactable via all usual methods (online portal and phone).
