As the challenges arising from the Covid-19 pandemic continue to grow, I wanted to give you a short update on how we at CSI are responding.
We are constantly monitoring the situation and our crisis response team is meeting daily to ensure we take the appropriate actions as events unfold. Our priority remains the health and safety of our employees, clients and partners as we continue to deliver vital services and support to our clients.
From Monday of this week, we transitioned our business to remote working. Many of our clients have been following the same path and we have been working with them to enable that move to happen as quickly as possible.
We have been reviewing and adding capacity to our infrastructure to make sure it is able to cope with the additional demands being placed on it. Through the changes to remote working our support teams have continued to be fully operational. In addition, our client teams are available to work with you to ensure we help support your business in any way we can.
We fully understand that this is a difficult situation for every organisation. Your business and the smooth operation of mission-critical applications is our primary focus. We are and will remain fully operational and will continue to provide the support you need in these uncertain times.
