CSI Group expands IBM offerings in North America with APSU Inc.

Tectrade Corporation acquires APSU Inc.

With immediate effect, Tectrade Corporation (A CSI Group Company) has acquired APSU Inc. (www.apsuinc.com) based in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

APSU Inc. is focused on providing managed service-led solutions for its Power and IBM i cloud platform. A highly accredited IBM Power for i, AIX and Linux Partner providing complete service offerings for production, test and High Availability solutions for all your cloud requirements. APSU Inc. is a strategic partner for IBM and sits on IBM’s Worldwide Cloud Advisory Council.

Tectrade and APSU Inc. share a common objective to assist clients in securing and managing mission-critical workloads, whether on-premises or across hybrid multi-cloud environments. This acquisition will further strengthen Tectrade’s solution portfolio in North America, especially with the deep technical capabilities around IBM Power for i, AIX and Linux.
