Our client: apetito is an award-winning producer of pre-prepared meals for hospitals, care homes and community services across Europe and Canada. From its headquarters in Wiltshire it distributes products daily to 79 franchises throughout the UK.

Building on the successful integration of a multi-language, voice-picking technology into apetito’s SAP warehouse management system, CSI were asked to develop a strategy that ensured apetito’s IT resources could be redeployed to achieve maximum business impact. CSI took responsibility for everyday SAP support and provided in-depth training and documentation of all SAP processes, deepening user understanding of business-critical applications.
As well as optimise apetito’s SAP investment, CSI’s solution increased pick accuracy to 99.8% and delivered productivity improvements worth in excess of £200k. In addition to significant cost savings, apetito’s IT team were able to focus on development projects, enhancing innovation and accelerating growth.
