CSI Managed Services Practice provides a growing range of services designed to reduce the cost and complexity of ICT processes while allowing customers to focus on core business activities. The Managed Services Practice adheres to and is accredited by the ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS) which supports the entirety of our work and is applicable to all assignments and activities, ensuring products and services are provided to a consistent quality. In addition, CSI runs its own dedicated UK based Managed Services Security Operation Centre which is staffed by a multi-discipline team with application, networking, security, server and storage expertise available from “working hours” up to full 24/7 coverage.
CSI Managed Services are offered on a flexible basis with Service Level Agreements and reporting processes defined on a per-customer instance to ensure each engagement meets the unique needs of the situation. In addition, Managed Services can scale up and down to track against the evolving requirements of each customer. Services are delivered using multiple platforms including on premise, cloud-based and hybrid technologies with granular levels of monitoring, support and remediation tasks based on the needs of the customer.
With support from CSI Advisory and Solution Provision Practices, Managed services can provide a full end-to-end offering including consultancy, technical implementation and break-fix support with defined on-site response within 4 hours if required. Managed services are available as “virtual resources” with internal IT departments retaining full management control or as fully external services complete with CSI helpdesk services.
