It is announced today that Blackhawk Capital LLP, the Private Equity house has acquired the entire share capital of Computer Systems Integration Limited (CSI Ltd) based in Leeds and Nottingham, for an undisclosed sum.
CSI is an IBM Premier Business partner, an SAP Gold Partner, a member of the Infor Partner Network and a partner of VMware and HP. It is one of the UK's leading business system integrators with a wide range of customers across a number of sectors and from its deep technical skill base, delivers services ranging from design consultancy through to Managed Services.
Three members of the current Senior Executive team Managing Director - Andy Forsyth, Finance Director - Mike Henderson and Sales & Marketing Director - Rob Jackson will depart with immediate effect. Richard Starling - Technical & Operations Director, Richard Midgley – SAP Division Director and David Maskrey - Managed Services Director will remain and invest in the newly founded CSI Group of companies. This will include CSI Ltd and SysMicro Ltd which was acquired by Blackhawk Capital earlier this year. The company name will remain unchanged.
