business systems integration
Cattles Plc
Customer Background
Cattles is one of the largest providers of financial services products to the non-standard consumer credit market in the UK. A leading FTSE 250 company, Cattles benefit from a national network of over 300 locations across the UK, serving over 650,000 customers.
Challenge
In order to meet demanding business drivers, Cattles needed to replace their major systems which were used to administer the personal and secured loans business including CRM, credit vetting and loan management.

The systems used by Cattles were both internal and external applications, which involved a number of point-to-point interfaces across multiple platforms. In addition, several of these interfaces were dependent on external organisations for development and support.

A key requirement for Cattles was to deliver flexibility and they chose a hub and spoke architecture allowing them to create new integration points easily.
