Experience of basic windows functions, for example shift & click and ctrl & click.

Course Outline
This course will introduce report authors to the features and functions available within Impromptu. At the end of this course the attendees will be in a position to begin producing key business reports directly against their operational systems and data warehouses. The attendees will understand the various templates available within Impromptu to begin creating reports and the vast array of functions they can use against their data.
