Following a successful partnership that commenced in 2008, CSI are delighted that Vodafone has extended its contract until 2012.
This extension demonstrates CSI's ability to provide Vodafone with ongoing service stability, effective service/capacity monitoring and dedicated performance levels, having to meet strict SLA's.

CSI has been working with Vodafone since 2008 when CSI won the contract to support Vodafone's IBM platforms and core business applications together with related peripheral systems from their hosted data centre. This contact has achieved significant cost savings and benefits as well as a secure, fully supported operating platform for Vodafone.
Other benefits CSI have delivered to Vodafone are fully automated alerts, significantly reducing costs by removing the need for 24 hour-manned monitoring as well as a complete overhaul and upgrade of Vodafone's Disaster Recovery capability.
