Pre-Assessment Consultation

Free of charge, one of CSI’s Mobility Consultants will visit you to learn more about your company’s specific interests and issues and to discuss the Mobile Readiness Assessment process, the approach we take and how to adapt it to give you most value.

CSI will produce a report of the meeting confirming the agreed scope, deliverables and timescales providing you with all the information you need to decide whether to move to the next stage.

Discovery Phase

Through a series of workshops and interview sessions with the customer’s key staff and other stakeholders, CSI’s Mobility Consultants will analyse you current mobile landscape, roadmap and where Enterprise Mobility may be applied yielding the greatest value for your organisation.

Recommendations Workshop & Presentation

The output of the Discovery phase will be a report that analyses your current situation and recommends short, medium and long term activities that could form the basis of your future Enterprise Mobility strategy. We will conduct an interactive workshop to present these findings and to discuss their implications and next steps. This will allow you to ensure that you are able to communicate an effective, proactive roadmap to your organisation’s stakeholders and executive team.
